Last night I slept like a baby. How did that happen: I trusted the process of making good choices and embedding new habits! I woke at 2am and felt the need to pee, so I practised Delay Delay Distraction Distraction by doing several rounds of David Tilston’s calming, relaxing, Full Deep Breathing. Within a few minutes I was asleep again. I did wake again at 3.30, this time I decided to pee, a very satisfactory 300ml. (that’s progress for me).
